Drivers License Suspensions
Drivers License Suspension
Chris Perri Law has years of experience contesting Department of Public Safety (DPS) driver’s license suspension. DPS sends out suspension notices for various reasons, such as too many traffic tickets or driving with an invalid license. People who receive this notice have 20 days to request a hearing. A hearing is extremely important because in most situations, it allows us to ask the judge to probate the suspension. A probated suspension means that you can keep driving as long as you don’t commit a traffic offense for a specified period of time, usually 90 days—a much better outcome than losing your license for an entire year.
Chris Perri Law has a strong record of success in these cases. Call us now at 512-917-4378.
